What can I personalize?
Every DreamPop Tales book is made especially for your child. Depending on the story, you can personalise your child's name, choose their character, add a heartfelt dedication printed inside the book, and even upload a photo to make their adventure even more special.
Can I personalise two children?
Yes! Selected stories are designed for two children, making them perfect for siblings, cousins or best friends sharing an unforgettable adventure together.
Can I use a nickname?
Absolutely. Whether it's a nickname, shortened name or a special family name, simply enter it during personalisation and we'll include it throughout the story exactly as you've written it.
Will my child's name appear throughout the story?
Yes! Your child's name is naturally woven throughout the story, helping them feel like the true hero of their own magical adventure.
Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
Because every book is printed especially for you, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at help@dreampoptales.com. We'll do our best to make changes before printing begins.
Can I preview my personalised book before ordering?
At the moment, we don't offer a live preview. However, every story has been carefully designed so your personalised details are seamlessly woven into the adventure, creating a magical keepsake made just for your child.
Can I change the language after placing my order?
If your book hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to update the language. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

What age are the books suitable for?
Our stories are designed for young children and families to enjoy together. Whether you're reading to a curious toddler, encouraging an early reader, or gifting a special keepsake to an older child, every DreamPop Tales book is created to spark imagination and create magical memories.
What formats are available?
Our books are available in both premium hardcover and paperback editions.
What size are the books?
Each book measures 8 × 8 inches (20.3 × 20.3 cm), with an open spread measuring 16 × 8 inches.
How many pages does each book have?
Our stories contain approximately 30 beautifully illustrated pages, carefully designed to create a magical reading experience.
Are the books printed to order?
Yes. Every DreamPop Tales book is professionally printed only after your order is placed, ensuring every copy is made especially for your family.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on qualifying orders, with the minimum spend displayed at checkout. If your order doesn't qualify, shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on your delivery location before you complete your purchase.
How long does production take?
Each DreamPop Tales book is printed especially for your family. Production usually takes 1–3 working days before your order is shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Once your book has been lovingly printed, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available), so you can follow your little hero's adventure all the way to your doorstep.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details whenever tracking is available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship to many countries around the world.
Returns & Quality
Can I return a personalised book?
As every book is made uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalised items unless they arrive damaged, defective or contain a production error.
What if my book arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or another suitable solution as quickly as possible.
What if there's a printing or personalisation mistake?
If we've made a printing or production error, we'll replace your book at no additional cost. If the mistake was entered during personalisation, please get in touch and we'll always do our best to help.
